b) BOBCAT Youth League – 2024 Sponsorship request due by March 1, 2024.
Potential/Future purchases: Determine if will participate in these festivals for 2024.
c) Cake & cookies Butler Days for Aug 9th & 10th- 2024
d) Cake & cookies for Harvest Festival for Oct. 12, 2024.
e) Candy for Trunk or Treat for Halloween. Park board did not participate in 2023.

b) Hendrickson Park – Park and Community Gardens - Eric Brown.

e) Dick Miller Memorial Park – Gazebo maintenance/landscaping.
f) Southside Park – Review reconstruction project from Oct. 16, 2023.
g) Susie Park – Soils tests results.
